Study | Spiritual Formation

While worship centers our connection to God through the sacraments, spiritual formation is the discovery, study, and reflection of the Christian tradition and how it’s practiced. Over the course of the liturgical year, St. Andrew’s offers opportunities for students of all ages to grow in that knowledge. Below are a few of those educational offerings:

Sunday Forums
Sunday Forums explore a variety of topics all starting from the Catechism of the Episcopal Church. To watch previously recorded forums, check out St. Andrew’s YouTube Channel, CLICK HERE.

St. Anne’s Guild
Established for over 60 years,
St. Anne’s Guild is a women’s group focusing on Fellowship, Hospitality, Enrichment, and Outreach.
The quarterly gatherings offer an educational program and luncheon open to the entire parish. Interested in joining, contact the church office.

Glorious Companions
From September through May, gathering weekly on Wednesdays in the Lounge, the Glorious Companions is a book group that reads then discusses the latest book selection. The genre of books range from the religious to fun fiction.

Midsummer Poetry Fest
The annual Midsummer Poetry Fest provides the space for poets, poetry lovers, and those who simply enjoy the art to gather and listen to selections that reflect the selected theme for the year.

Murder Mystery Book Club
Gathering semi-annually, this book club enjoys the thrill of finding out who done it, sharing in fellowship and food as the mystery unfolds.
